Portfolio > Before and After: Our First Home

A true "before and after" of what was the first house my wife and I owned. We lived in this cute, Cape Cod bungalow near White Center, an unincorporated neighborhood just south of the Seattle city line. The six-plus years there taught us so much about ourselves and home renovations (!).

Each pair of images shows a part of the house at the time it was purchased bought in the early 2010s versus its renovated counterpart right before it sold on St. Patrick's Day this year. Most of the images were captured by realtor-hired photographers, while the others are my own; all are marked accordingly.
